Paralegal - Commercial Bankruptcy

Our Dallas-based law firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of legal professionals on complex commercial and corporate bankruptcy matters.Key **Support attorneys in all stages of commercial and corporate bankruptcy litigation, including Chapter 11 cases, adversary proceedings, and related litigation.Draft, file, and manage bankruptcy pleadings, discovery documents, and court filings.Assist with preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.Manage case files and maintain organized records of all case materials and correspondence.Conduct legal research and document review relevant to bankruptcy law.Coordinate with clients, courts, trustees, and opposing counsel as necessary.**Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial and corporate bankruptcy litigation.Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and local rules, particularly within the Northern District of Texas.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
