This position will provide an experienced Maintenance Technician to Rinnai America for performing maintenance, repairs, and installation of manufacturing equipment. This position will also provide minor maintenance and repairs to the building facilities. Small fabrication projects will also fall under the responsibility of this position.This position is located at 500 The Lakes Parkway in Griffin, GA.Schedule: Monday - FridayShift: 6:00am - 2:30pm What you will do:Maintenance / RepairInstall, maintain, and repair equipment including, but not limited to piping, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systemsConnect electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines to equipmentPreventative maintenance of all equipment including line side chillersMaintain inventory of repair equipment, spare parts, and suppliesWork with the assembly/fabrication team to develop preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for the assembly and fabrication equipmentParticipate in continuous improvement activities to reduce and eliminate unscheduled downtimeAssure that all aspects of work conform to Company safety practicesFabricate simple jigs and tools needed for productionTrouble shooting equipment containing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotic, and PLCs with the use of manuals and schematicsKnowledge of Robots and their controls.
