Whether it's coordinating a family trip, arranging a private dinner reservation, or making sure dry cleaning gets picked up, you're the person making sure it all gets done"”gracefully and reliably.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant Duties (Primary Focus):Oversee day-to-day personal logistics, appointments, and errandsCoordinate personal and family travel (including flights, hotels, transportation, etc.)Provide occasional support to the CEO's family when neededMaintain the highest level of confidentiality in all mattersExecutive Assistant Duties (Secondary Support):Maintain and manage the CEO's business calendar with efficiency and foresightSchedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics for work-related eventsTrack follow-ups, send reminders, and ensure priorities stay on trackServe as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersHelp prepare agendas, documents, and meeting materials as neededWhat We're Looking For3-6 years of experience supporting a senior executive in a high-trust PA or EA roleExtremely organized and able to juggle personal and business priorities fluidlyCalm under pressure, solutions-focused, and proactiveExcellent communication skills"”both in writing and in personNaturally discreet, respectful of boundaries, and comfortable with sensitive informationA self-starter with strong judgment who can run with tasks without handholding
