Customer Experience Specialist** Hampton Bays, NY Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pmJob ** Full-time* $25 - $28 per hourWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist with pool industry experience to support our Customer Experience (CXM) Manager in delivering exceptional service to our high-end clientele. As the direct support to the CXM, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey and ensuring each client interaction is aligned with our luxury brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and brand loyalty.Key *Customer * Actively engage with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that their experience exceeds expectations.
