Customer Service Representative SummaryIn this role you will provide support to customers while delivering excellent Customer Service to promote long-term customer retention. The Customer Service Representative will answer customer questions, explain product and service options, and assist customers with any existing problems. You will also maintain accurate customer records, notating any incidents or upgrades as needed, and provide customer solutions. There are some common traits that contribute to our unique culture.
