The ideal candidate is organized, curious, a continuous learner, and eager!A day in the *Prepare, write and submit small group / community rated renewal letters to groups and broker agencies.Pull, prepare, and organize utilization data for Schedule A 5500's.Review small group / community rated sold case documents for accuracy and submission.Gather utilization data to submit forms to state insurance divisions.Extract commercial group census information and compile data into Geo Access reports for the sales team.Pull and audit quarterly experience reports for clients.Create, design and submit ad-hoc data reports as needed.Data entry for renewal and proposal log entries.Assist in auditing report utilization data.Review and respond to mailbox inquiries.Perform administration duties such as organizing online folders, digital and paper filings, and intranet memos.Your areas of knowledge and ****1-2+ years in customer service, client focused, or sales related rolesHealthcare experience requiredDetail oriented, able to work independently, and highly communicativeCompensation and Benefits: $21-$25/HR with benefits with access to Mulberry's record of talent partner.Mulberry Talent Partners is dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.
