As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for guests, clients, or residents. Your duties may include serving food and drinks, housekeeping tasks, and supporting the overall guest experience in line with the highest standards of hospitality.Key **Greet and assist guests, patients, or residents in a friendly and professional manner.Serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to specific dietary requirements and hygiene standards.Clean and maintain guest areas, dining rooms, and bedrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.Assist with setting up and clearing down service areas before and after meal times or events.Respond promptly to guest or resident requests and communicate needs to the appropriate departments.Ensure stock levels of supplies (linens, toiletries, kitchen items) are maintained and report shortages.Adhere to health and safety, food hygiene, and infection control standards.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.**Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards (training may be provided).Hours are - 7AM-4PM - will work onsite five days a week.
