EVS Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking to bring on an EVS Manager for a Medical Center in Sacramento. The team is comprised of 10-20 EVS Staff members which as the manager, you will be overseeing. Responsibilities:- Overseeing EVS Staff at the hospital- Training and helping employees- Room inspections after staff do discharges- scheduling and employee resolutions- Roll up their sleeves and help clean from time to time.- Report to the local EVS Director/Regional Shift time = Monday-Friday and occasional weekend workPay range = ~$35/hr REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE1) Need to have at least 2 years' experience managing exempt staff (Supervisory level staff)2) 3 Years experience Managing in Acute Care Hospital Environment3) Knowledge of Acute Care Regulatory requirements (title 22, Joint Commision, OSHA) 4) Knowledgeable with Patient Experience as relates to Acute Care HCAHPS5) Know how to manage Labor budgets and managing FTE levels for daily staffing NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Managerial/Director level experience
