Lexus has a strong foothold in the greater Wichita area and is recognized for delivering effortless customer experiences supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a team-driven culture.As a part of the Walser Automotive Group, Lexus employees have access to top-ranking benefits through Walser such as PTO, Maternity-Paternity-Adoption Leave, Pet Insurance, Medical & Dental Insurance, 401k, and so much more.Compensation: On target earnings (OTE) are $80,000-$110,000 annually Key Responsibilities*Sales & Business PerformanceAchieve OEM sales objectives and dealership sales targets.Maximize profitability through vehicle sales, finance dollars, and after-sales products.Monitor market analysis and adjust pricing strategies to optimize sales volume.Ensure sound business decisions and mitigate risks in transactions.*Customer Experience & Process ManagementOversee consistent execution of sales processes with manager involvement in each deal.Drive customer satisfaction, exceeding CSI standards.Lead internet lead management, showroom close ratios, and collaboration with the BDC.Partner with marketing to ensure accurate inventory displays and sales campaigns.*Team Leadership & TrainingDevelop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.Conduct regular coaching sessions and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.Provide thoughtful feedback through performance evaluations, career development support, and corrective action when necessary.*Operational & Administrative OversightEstablish and manage annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profit, and operating profit.Partner with Finance, Inventory, and Pricing teams to ensure alignment on best practices.Manage administrative functions including scheduling, staffing, compensation, and HR compliance.Ensure compliance with Walser policies, company initiatives, and safeguarding of customer information.Qualifications:Proven success in a managerial role with leadership experienceMust have a minimum of 2 years of automotive and sales experienceMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordStrong multitasking, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and interruptionsProficient in computer use and OEM-required technologyBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSAPaid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption)Adoption Assistance ProgramLife Insurance and 401K with Employer MatchPet insurance and Employee discountsAccess to Employee Resource Groups, such as: Women of Walser, Drive with Pride, Asian Hmong Alliance, and Veterans at Walser.The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation -The Walser Foundation: Our Community Mission - YouTubeBy submitting an application to Avenica, you are agreeing to be contacted via SMS text messages and email.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementAvenica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
