You will work in our centralized call center verifying coverage, securing authorizations, and ensuring patients can access their care without delay.🎯 What Youll Do Master high-volume inbound and outbound calls with confidence Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations with speed and accuracy Complete financial screenings using Epic and other key systems Interpret insurance guidelines and medical documentation Support revenue cycle excellence through top-tier detail focus What Makes You a Match Located in Southwest Florida and able to work on-site Insurance, financial counseling, or medical office experience required High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Epic EMR a plus Strong communication skills, phone presence, and computer savvy A knack for organization, multitasking, and analytical thinking💙 Why Youll Love It HereYou help patients access care.
