Overview: Salem Media Group – Boston is seeking a high-energy Business Development Hunter with deep digital marketing expertise to join our dynamic sales team. We’re looking for a relentless prospector who thrives on building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and crafting innovative multimedia solutions that deliver real results for our clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth by introducing local and regional businesses to Salem’s full portfolio of marketing solutions—including radio, digital, and event sponsorships. You’ll combine your passion for sales with your understanding of the digital landscape to create strategies that help advertisers achieve measurable ROI and long-term success.
