Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager- San Antonio to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager- San Antonio, you will be part of the procurement and contract administration department supporting project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager- San Antonio Location: San Antonio, TX Pay Range: What's the Job? Assist in preparing Contract Strategy Documents with project management support Review and help develop Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements and establish negotiation plans Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals while maintaining accurate reports for project teams and stakeholders What's Needed? Experience in construction procurement and contract administration preferred 10+ years of relevant experience working on diverse projects, including technology-based clients Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP/RFI preparation Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills What's in it for me?
