Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teams Phone Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Teams Phone Administrator, you will be an integral part of the IT Operations team supporting global telephony systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, ensuring seamless telephony operations across multiple locations. Job Title: Teams Phone Administrator Location:New York, New York Pay Range:$70/hour, w2  What's the Job? Manage the deployment and tracking of Teams and Zoom phones for over 1,000 stores across North America and the UK. Configure call routing, auto attendants, call queues, and greetings to optimize telephony services. Coordinate phone provisioning, shipping, and onsite deployment to ensure successful store launches. Support IVR greeting updates for holidays, shortened hours, or closures, maintaining excellent customer experience. Monitor and troubleshoot Teams & Zoom phone issues, escalating as necessary to internal teams or vendors. What's Needed? Proven hands-on experience with Teams and Zoom phone administration and deployment. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with telephony systems, porting, and DID management. Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site deployments across diverse locations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and operational teams.
