Job Title: SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant Client Location: 19 E Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033 Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site & Remote) Travel: Client will cover travel and expenses Extension Possibility: High About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant to support and enhance SAP HR systems with a focus on Time Management and On-Premises Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Schemas, and hands-on configuration for both Positive and Negative Time Management. Responsibilities Configure and support SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM Payroll modules based on business requirements. Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and IS partners. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test plans, and execute testing for configuration and change requests. Collaborate with teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving defects. Conduct weekly status review meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress. Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and collaborate closely with ABAP HR technical and integration teams. Ensure compliance with project timelines, documentation standards, and change management procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (4-year undergraduate program required) Prior experience in HR and US Payroll environments with strong knowledge of US payroll and tax legislation Must-Have Skills: SAP Time Management (Positive & Negative) – 5+ years SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll Configuration – 5+ years Strong hands-on experience with PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in Service Delivery Support Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering Exposure to Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
