Facility Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facility Manager to join their team. As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facility Manager Location: Lawrenceburg, TN Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr Shift: M-F. 8:00 am-5:00pm What's the Job? Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring efficiency in maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance programs. Maintain knowledge and ensure adherence to the Master Services Agreement and relevant amendments. Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spend, ensuring compliance with budgets. Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA performance for plant operations and engineering services. Support delivery of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations and functions. What's Needed? 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience. Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities. Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing technical and administrative staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems. What's in it for me?
