If you have experience leading test teams and implementing ERP/Financial Systems and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead the testing and implementation of ERP/Financial systems. This position will be a 9–12 month contract with a hybrid environment in Annapolis, MD, 3-4 days per week.What You’ll DoServe as the primary point of contact for the Client, ensuring the vendor's deliverables align with strategic goals and operational needsConduct thorough analysis and documentation of existing public service workflows, identifying areas for improvement and translating them into clear project requirementsDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationDevelop project cost estimates, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and track project costs against budgetsHold vendors accountable for meeting contractual obligations, manage performance, and resolve issues promptlyFacilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including public service personnel, IT teams, and vendor representativesIdentify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issuesIdentify and manage project issues that require resolution and maintain documentation of the person or team responsible for resolving the issueDevelop and implement strategies to support user adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to new systemsProvide regular project status updates, create comprehensive documentation, and maintain accurate recordsWork closely with end users to understand their needs and ensure the implemented solutions improve their daily workflowWhat You'll NeedRequired:Minimum of 7 years of experience in a project management role, managing complex IT projects, preferably in the public sectorExperience leading Financial system implementationsProven ability to analyze Financial business processes and translate them into technical requirements and test casesExperience with automated ERP testing and managing test data to ensure proper inclusion in test casesExperience leading System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End testing efforts on large IT projectsExperience with Change Management and Training end users on ERP projectsExperience implementing Oracle ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systemsStrong understanding of project management methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to hold vendors accountable and manage contractual obligationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etcAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$60-$64 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
