This is a support function that serves as a compliance assessor and point of contact among the payroll department, HR, Labor & Associate Relations team, and union representatives to help guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing, timekeeping procedures, and benefits management.The expected pay rate is $90,000-100,000/yr.  *This position is a remote role*Your activitiesAssist with resolving pay and benefits issues in multiple statesConduct local audits of pay practices to ensure compliance for all wage and hour laws and regulations in multiple statesProactively track and communicate future changes to pay practices and benefits requirements in multiple states, and assist with change management effortsEnsure proactive oversight and implementation of CBA and LWO wage pay changesEnsure timely and accurate payments of all union dues under CBAs The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
