About the Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. Schedule This is a full-time position with the following schedule: Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Compensation Starting at $18.00 What You’ll Do Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients. Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner. Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information. Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing. Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas. Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.
