Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Associate to lead growth initiatives and strategic development within MCC’s priority market segments. This role blends analytical rigor with creative leadership, supporting both global and regional business unit strategies. You will drive innovation, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate commercialization and deliver customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead short-term, annual, multi-year business strategies to achieve MCC sales and profit targets. Act as Project Success Leader for key innovation initiatives, identifying product value propositions, supporting cross-functional collaboration and driving launch and commercialization efforts. Conduct customer & market segmentation, explore white space, evaluate markets. Develop and refine business models and value propositions aligned with customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with technical teams and conduct qualifying and quantifying screenings to prioritize and advance promising concepts in the innovation pipeline. Identify and capture customer problems and consumer insights to develop a feedback-driven short- and long-term technology roadmap that feeds a multi-year innovation pipeline Monitor market, regulatory, and technology trends impacting the assigned industry. Maintain deep knowledge of assigned workstreams and synthesize insights into executive-level recommendations. Partner with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Product Line Management to drive differentiated programs and customer engagement. Participate in customer interactions to gather insights and inform strategy. Create impactful communications for Executive Leadership Understanding of MCC’s technical capabilities and competitive landscape. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or related field; MBA preferred 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, marketing, or consulting. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills. Demonstrated leadership in strategy, team orchestration, and innovation delivery. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Experience in B2B service models and global organizations.
