Accounting Analyst (Part-Time)

Location: Onsite – Racine, WI Contract Assignment:  Estimate 1 year duration Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour Hours: 20–30 per week Monday & Tuesday: 8-hour days Remaining days: Flexible based on demand About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will primarily support month-end activities, including postings, reconciliations, and reporting within SAP and related systems. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing and reporting for month-end close and other recurring tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly postings and reconciliations Support reporting activities within SAP and related systems Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Follow established processes and instructions to complete tasks Requirements Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred SAP experience Ideal Candidate You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
