Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status.Export Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).Please review the job details below.At Vantor, you’ll work with the U.S. Space Force and our partners as part of the effort to define and manage an integrated system-of-systems space enterprise, specifically focused on Space Systems Command’s (SSC) Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO).  You will be supporting the SSC BNN office, working to achieve Global Mission Data Dominance (GMDD) by bringing together critical capabilities to empower operators with the information and tools they need to achieve sensor-to-shooter dominance – rapidly detecting threats, sharing critical information, and enabling swift and decisive action. As part of this role, you will:Support all BNN projects with IMS in Project ServerWork with BNN Schedulers to identify project interdependenciesWork with SPM to understand risks and dependencies for capability deliveryJoin our team and create the future of SSIO in the Space Force.  Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:US Citizenship RequiredActive Secret ClearanceBachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering and/or Project Management, schedule planning and development efforts on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs3+ years of experience developing and managing an integrated, end to end IMS that includes the schedule of key integration, test, and transition to operation activities, as well as critical paths, in order to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actionsExperience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levelsKnowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project, One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, Sharepoint, MS Excel, and MS OfficeAbility to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems/segments/elements, interrelationships, interdependencies, and external drivers of operational capabilities to review/provide input to the Operational Capability ScheduleAbility to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customerStrong communication and coordination skills to concurrently manage several Enterprise and Program-level schedules and IMSAbility to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goalsAdditional qualities:Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on enterprise systemsExperience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselineExperience working with large amounts of dataExperience utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organizationStrong understanding of space systems and the corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activitiesKnowledge of DoD 5000.01/02Active TS/SCI clearanceMaster’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical disciplineINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)Clearance: Active SecretWork Location:  El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO.  Hybrid work permitted - mix of on-site & off-siteApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Build Your Career:When you join Vantor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other professionals doing similar work across multiple markets. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $82,000.00 - $136,000.00 annually. ● The base pay for this position within California is: $94,000.00 - $137,500.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
