Quality Lab Associate

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting critical testing and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Quality Lab Associate Location:Round Lake, IL What's the Job? Conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products and medical devices throughout all manufacturing stages. Utilize sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect, analyze, and record data accurately. Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and a solid understanding of biology and chemistry principles. Ensure all testing is completed in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in laboratory and manufacturing audits, update SOPs, and perform equipment maintenance and calibrations as needed. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biological Science, or related field with coursework in Analytical Chemistry or Laboratory techniques. 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and computer systems. Strong attention to detail, high reading comprehension, and effective communication skills. What's in it for me?
