Salary range for Full time: $300,000-$325,000.Pool / Per-Diem Physicians are paid by the hour. The current hourly rate is $175John Muir Medical Group (JMMG) has close to 300 Primary Care Physicians with practices located in 34 sites throughout the East Bay and Contra Costa County, serving over 200,000 patients.
