_As Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the way in Salesforce becoming Valor's "single source of truth"! You will meet with the C-Suite and Directors for strategic planning to create custom solutions for unique business needs. You will lead a team of Salesforce professionals to bring these custom solutions to life. Valor currently uses Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. _Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role._We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.__We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact. __Candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance will be considered for a hybrid role.__*To be considered for the position, all candidates must complete the following two assessments:*_* *is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:_* _All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, troubleshooting_* _Administer and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform._* _Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards._* _Develop and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex._* _Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions._* _Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations._* _Conduct data quality and integrity checks, and perform data migrations and uploads._* _Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features and enhancements aligned with business goals._* _Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables._* _Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge_* _Sandbox environment management_* _DevOps/release management experience_* _Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience_* _Identify unused or underutilized platform features_* _Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders_* _Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders_* _Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed_* _Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer_*Qualifications and Background*_Required:_* _Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. _* _Certified Salesforce Administrator_* _Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification__Preferred:_* _Additional Salesforce certifications_* _Experience with Tableau and Agent Force_*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** _A proactive attitude to platform enhancements_* _Designing scalable, best-practice solutions _* _Excellent relationship-building skills_* _Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels_* _Translating requirements into technical solutions_* _Experience in change management and governance_* _Training end users and key stakeholders_* _Technical documentation_* _Available and responsive to questions_* _Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes_* _DevOps/release management experience_* _Demonstrates continued personal/professional development _* _Is active in the Salesforce community_Job Type: Full-timePay: From $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Professional development assistance* Relocation assistance* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
