We've taken the best that both science and medicine have to offer to create comprehensive clinical solutions for healthcare organizations and providers.*Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist**Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM*Location: *On-site / Multi-location support*Summary*We're looking for a hands-on, driven IT professional who's ready to take their career to the next level. As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for escalated issues, infrastructure improvement projects, and technical challenges that keep our operations running smoothly. This isn't just about fixing problems "” it's about leading solutions, mentoring teammates, and shaping IT excellence.*What You'll Do** Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues escalated from the Help Desk.* Administer and maintain local servers, networking gear, wifi infrastructure, and endpoint devices.* Troubleshoot and support EHR/LIS HL7 interfaces in collaboration with vendors and our Clinical Systems Integration Manager.* Mentor Tier 1 Help Desk technicians, fostering growth and consistency in support.* Manage the IT asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.* Oversee user account administration across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other core apps.* Lead IT infrastructure upgrades (e.g., improving HQ wifi, optimizing ISP performance).* Provide occasional on-site support at various company locations.* Contribute to our IT knowledge base and process documentation (SOPs) to strengthen team efficiency.*What We're Looking For** Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.* 3-5 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical troubleshooting.* Strong problem-solving skills with Windows & macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.* Experience with network/server troubleshooting and hardware support.* Familiarity with industry data standards such as HL7, JSON, SFTP, API integrations.* Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive mindset.*Preferred:** Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA.* Experience supporting EHR or LIS systems.*Why You'll Love This Role** Competitive pay ($57k/year) with bonus eligibility after 90 days.* A stable schedule at our Wake Forest HQ* Opportunity to lead infrastructure projects and strengthen core IT processes.* A collaborative environment that values mentorship, growth, and innovation.Ready to bring your skills, creativity, and technical expertise to a role where you can really make an impact?
