Cordero & Associates is currently seeking an experienced *Immigration Attorney* to join our dynamic legal team. This role focuses on assisting clients with a wide range of *employment-based immigration matters*, with a strong emphasis on *PERM cases*. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients and has *a minimum of two years of experience* in immigration law.Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.*Responsibilities:** Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications for employment-based cases, including both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and labor certification.* Handle a variety of visa types, including:* H-1B, E, L, O, P, H-3* I-130 and I-140 immigrant petitions with accompanying Adjustment of Status (I-485)* EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Petitions* PERM Labor Certification with the Department of Labor* EB-2 and EB-3 categories* Family-based immigration, including marriage cases.* Naturalization and citizenship applications.* Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.* Maintain accurate, organized case files and ensure timely submission of documentation.* Track important deadlines and maintain a proactive case calendar.* Maintain professional and timely client communications throughout each case.*Requirements:** Minimum *two years of experience* practicing immigration law.* Direct experience handling *PERM Labor Certification* cases.* Familiarity with a broad range of immigration forms and processes (e.g., I-140, I-539).* *Fluency in Spanish is required*; must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both *Spanish and English*.* Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts.* High attention to detail and accuracy in legal filings and support letters.* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.*Job Type:*Full-time, In-PersonJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offEducation:* Doctorate (Required)Language:* Spanish (Required)Ability to Commute:* Coral Gables, FL 33134 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Coral Gables, FL 33134: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
