Senior Litigation Associate - Trusts & Estates

Handle will- and trust-contests, fiduciary-duty claims, and contested conservatorships from intake through trial.* End-to-end discovery management. Draft and serve RFPs, ROGs, subpoenas, and privilege logs. Respond to written discovery"”gather documents, craft objections, and verify responses. Lead meet-and-confer sessions and letter exchanges with opposing counsel; negotiate ESI scopes and protective orders. Argue discovery motions in court* Argue other motions and evidentiary hearings. Appear in LASC and probate divisions statewide"”often solo.* Take and defend depositions of parties and percipient and expert witnesses.* Participate in Case Strategy Discussions. Collaborate in discussions where we dissect active matters and craft litigation strategy as a team.The skills we're after* 4 + years of heavy litigation experience (probate / trust disputes a plus, not required).* California bar, good standing.* Strong written advocacy.* Confident oral advocate .* Deep familiarity with discovery rules and workflows* Excellent time-management and client-communication chops.What makes us different* Hybrid rhythm: two anchor days in our Mid-Wilshire office; the rest is your call.* Competitive package: competitive base pay depending on skills, education and experience.
