Personal Injury Attorney

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury Law and a passion for advocating on behalf of others. Additionally, a successful candidate will exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, legal research abilities, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in legal drafting. This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from sign-up through settlement or litigation, with the support of a wonderful and collaborative team.Responsibilities* Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, case development, negotiation, and litigation as needed.* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based cases.* Draft, review, and file legal documents, demands, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.* Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and clients.* Provide exceptional client service, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring clients are informed throughout the process.* Collaborate closely with support staff and fellow attorneys to achieve successful outcomes.Experience* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.* Demonstrated experience in Personal Injury Law (3-5 years preferred); litigation background highly desirable.* Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.Compensation* Competitive salary based on experience and a percentage of attorney fees collected quarterly* Benefits include health, dental, vision and 401K* PTO* CLE hours, Bar Dues and Association Dues are covered by FirmWe welcome applicants who are passionate about the practice of law and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
