Maintenance Technician

*Job Summary:*Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for including, but not limited to, routine and preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of production equipment, and facilities. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and maintain optimal quality. The technician plays a key role in supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and safety initiatives across the plant.*Key Responsibilities: *_*Including but not limited to:*_* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment (e.g., *conveyors, pumps, presses, furnaces, grinders, and saws*).* Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain *mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.** Quickly address maintenance requests and work orders to reduce production downtime.* Conduct inspections and maintain records for equipment performance and service history.* Follow maintenance schedules and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.* Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements as needed.* Familiar with and adhere to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA standards.* Collaborate with production staff to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.* Utilize FIIX (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders.*Qualifications: *_*Including but not limited to:*_* Technical/vocational training preferred.* 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.* *Solid understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.** *Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.** Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus.* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.* Ability to work with a team as well as independently.*Physical Requirements: *_*Including but not limited to:*_* Ability to lift 50+ pounds.* Climb, stand, bend or walk for extended periods.* Withstand exposure to loud noises, dust and temperature fluctuations.* On-call availability for emergencies.Schedule, duty and skill requirements may change depending on the needs of the company.We are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
