The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy office environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks effectively. You will excel in this position if you are an effective communicator with good judgment and if you have the ability to change tasks at a moment's notice.Job Functions:* Order and stock all supplies* Relieve reception desk* Scan documents* File paper and electronic documents* Coordinate monthly billing for assigned accountants* Support various departments within the firm, including tax and audit* Other duties, as assignedQualifications:This is a full-time, in office position, with overtime daily and on weekends. It is desired that the candidate has an Associate's degree with one to three years of secretarial experience and working computer knowledge in a variety of software applications including MSWord, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. The candidate must be proficient in English and spelling. Candidate must also enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
