Maintenance staff is expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company's high standards in order to constantly present the property in outstanding condition and to provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment. This position is on-call therefore there will be times when you're expected to come to the property outside of your regularly scheduled hours.*Responsibilities*· Cleaning and maintenance of:o exterior property including all gates, entrances, garage doors; trash pick-up and removal; curb painting; oil removal from garage flooro interior courtyards and corridors including light fixtures, hallways, inside windows, vents, etc.o trash and garbage rooms, including trash compactors/electric pallet jackso laundry rooms and washer/dryer equipmento front lobby, community rooms and elevatorso apartments including turnarounds with respect to garbage disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re-caulking, carpet cleaning· Work with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders*Qualifications** At least 1 year of prior experience in janitor and maintenance work, preferably in an apartment or residential setting* Ability to work with people in a positive and cooperative manner* Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and maintenance equipment* Valid CA driver's license and proof of personal liability insurance_BRIDGE Housing is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment for our diverse workforce.
