Residential Construction Project Manager

This role requires a hungry and humble leader with effective communication and management skills to oversee all aspects of the construction process.*Job Description*The Project Manager will manage multiple high end, custom residential projects throughout Knoxville and the surrounding market. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from the ground up. They must be proficient in all aspects of construction including but not limited to: technical knowledge, budgets, scheduling, communicating with subcontractors, vendors and clients, quality control and managing their team. Other areas of focus will include:*Preferred Experience*The preferred candidate should have significant experience in Custom Home Building / Custom Project(s), Similarly they should possess:* 8-10 years minimum experience working as a project manager, managing and leading teams on multimillion dollar homes.* Single family residential and custom projects* Familiarity with Project Management Software related but not limited to Microsoft Project / CoConstruct / Builder Trend* Must have general working knowledge of trades and all CSI Divisions related but not limited to Ground-Up Custom Construction*Responsibilities** Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines and budgets.* Utilize construction management software and project scheduling tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.* Communicate project updates and challenges to clients, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.*What's on Offer*In return, KnightVision Construction is offering a fantastic package that includes competitive Base Salary, Bonus Structure, PTO, Paid Holidays and provided Health care._KnightVision Construction does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
