Lead Audio Video Technician

We're currently seeking a Lead Audio Video Technician to manage and execute installations that transform the way clients experience their homes.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.What You'll Be Doing:* Lead installations: Oversee the design and implementation of AV systems, including ELAN control systems, Crestron Home automation, Lutron lighting, and Ubiquiti networking.* Troubleshoot and optimize: Identify and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring smooth performance for clients.* Collaborate on custom solutions: Work closely with clients and our design team to create tailored home AV systems.* Mentor and manage: Provide guidance to junior technicians, ensuring the highest standards of work and professionalism.* Install and configure: Set up audio systems, home theaters, and networking solutions to meet project specifications.* Client communication: Ensure clients fully understand their systems and provide exceptional post-installation support.What We're Looking For:* 5+ years of experience as an audio-video technician in residential environments.* Expertise in:* ELAN control systems* Lutron lighting control* Crestron Home automation* Ubiquiti networking equipment* Solid understanding of wired and wireless networking, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize residential networks.* Leadership experience, including managing installations and training team members.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Industry certifications, such as CEDIA, are a plus.What We Offer:* Competitive salary* Health and dental benefits* Company vehicle* 401k plan* The opportunity to work with the latest technology in home automation* A collaborative work environment focused on delivering excellence* Ongoing training and career developmentJoin Our TeamIf you're an experienced AV technician with a passion for technology and a drive to deliver outstanding results, we encourage you to apply.
