*Executive Legal Assistant*Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.We seek a highly skilled *Executive Legal Assistant* with a minimum of *4+ years* *of experience* supporting senior partners in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing administrative, secretarial, and operational tasks. This position involves extensive interaction with attorneys, clients, and legal staff and requires a solid understanding of legal procedures, particularly in litigation.The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle privileged and sensitive information professionally. You will be a key member of a collaborative litigation team.*Key Responsibilities*· Manage *calendaring and scheduling* for client meetings, litigation deadlines, court appearances, discovery, and depositions.· *Track billable time* accurately using a case billing system.· Assist with *attorney-client billing*, including reviewing, verifying, and editing billable hours to prepare for final invoices.· Provide *trial preparation support*, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other trial materials.· Draft and prepare *correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents* with high accuracy and professionalism.· Serve as a liaison with internal teams, clients, outside counsel, and third parties.· Handle various *administrative and clerical tasks*, supporting attorneys in daily operations.*Qualifications*· Minimum of *4 years of legal administrative experience*, ideally supporting a senior partner in a litigation practice.· Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation processes, and court procedures.· Proficiency in *case management and billing systems*.· *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills*.· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.· Proven ability to handle *confidential information* with discretion and integrity.· Demonstrated ability to *multitask and prioritize* in a deadline-driven environment.For consideration, please reply with a copy of your resume, your most recent relevant experience, and your salary requirement.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid sick time* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
