The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.*Responsibilities** Install, service, and repair air conditioning units and related equipment.* Troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.* Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.* Perform refrigeration repairs and maintenance as needed.* Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.* Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical and mechanical systems.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.*Skills** Proficient in HVAC design and installation techniques.* Strong understanding of plumbing systems related to HVAC.* Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.* Familiarity with the use of tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics.* Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.* Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.* Knowledge of boiler systems is beneficial.* Welding skills are an asset for certain repair tasks.* Previous field service experience is preferred, along with a background in appliance repair or property maintenance.* A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
