We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.*Job Summary:* As a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal, you will support our attorneys in all phases of litigation for mass tort and personal injury cases. Your proficiency in Spanish and English will be essential in communicating with clients, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.* Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.* Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date.* Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.* Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses in both English and Spanish.* Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary records and documentation.* Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys.* Attend court hearings and assist attorneys during trials as needed.* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.*Qualifications:** Minimum of 3 years experience as a litigation paralegal in *Mass Tort law *or *Personal Injury Law*.* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish* Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (experience with FileVine is a plus)* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws is a plus.*Benefits:** Competitive salary* Health, dental, and vision insurance.* Retirement plan with employer matching.* Paid time off and holidays.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,217.00 - $64,082.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Mass Tort or Personal injury law: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Austin, TX 78757 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Austin, TX 78757: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
