The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with additional experience in controls packages being highly desirable.*Key Responsibilities:** Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers.* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems and controls.* Providing excellent service and support to our commercial clients.* Working closely with the team to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards.*Requirements:** Proven experience as a Commercial Mechanic in the HVAC industry.* Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops, chillers, and boilers.* Experience with controls packages is a plus.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Current HVAC certifications or completion of manufacturer's courses.* Commitment to ongoing professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 5x8* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* HVAC service: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:* High Point, NC 27260 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* High Point, NC 27260: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
