Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Litigation Paralegal* to support our legal team and manage the litigation process from case filing through trial.Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation. This includes case file management, document drafting, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Prepare and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and subpoenas* Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents* Draft and respond to discovery requests* Organize, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other evidence* Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case dockets* Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics* Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including creation of trial binders and exhibits* Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff* Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in case management software*Qualifications:** Minimum *3-5 years of experience* as a litigation paralegal, with a focus in *personal injury law** Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate* Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills* Proficiency in legal software and document management systems* Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload* *Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus**Compensation & Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Vacation Time, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays* Performance based bonusesJob Type: Full-timePay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Free parking* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid sick time* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsExperience:* Paralegal: 3 years (Required)* Personal injury law: 3 years (Required)Language:* Spanish (Required)License/Certification:* Paralegal Certificate (Required)Ability to Commute:* San Jose, CA 95112 (Required)Work Location: In person
