Associate Immigration Attorney

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in legal analysis, persuasive writing, and handling a large caseload. But the most essential trait is a dedication to serving immigrant families and a belief in the value and dignity of our immigrant neighbors. Most of our clients speak only Spanish, so fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive law office environment.*Duties*- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs and motions.- Represent clients in proceedings before USCIS and EOIR.- Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.- Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the law office.*Qualifications*- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.- Admission to the bar of any U.S. state and in good standing.- Fluency in English and Spanish- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate legal concepts clearly.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
