*JOB SUMMARY*Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Axius Water Holding LLC Information Technologies Division supports multiple Operating Companies across the Globe. The primary responsibility of the IT Support Specialist - II is to decommission end of life computers, deploy new computers, or redeploy existing in-service machines by using cloud tools such as Mobile Device Management, Intune, and Autopilot. The goals are to make this process a positive user experience, seamless, and as quick as possible.*PRIMARY DUTIES** Track and maintain PC hardware inventory for all Axius Water operating companies globally.* Work with Global IT Director and local procurement personnel to scope, quote, and submit purchase orders for computer replacements.* Coordinate timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.* Assist in planning and tracking hardware inventory, warranty claims, software licensure distribution, and end-of-life decommissioning of equipment.* Manage user accounts, profiles, and policies via multiple services both local and cloud-based (Azure Active Directory, Local Active Directory, Conditional Access, Computer Compliance Policies).* Configure and complete computer deployment via remote access into local datacenters as required.* Resolve setup, configuration, distribution, and logistical problems.* Perform data migration between old and new systems using OneDrive Known Folder Redirect or manually when necessary.* Perform and assist with post-deployment process including data storage, data removal from returned/decommissioned systems, storage/organization of hardware, and recycling of physical devices.* Assist with Intune registration, Autopilot deployment profiles, and configuration processes.* Monitor any Help Desk tickets as assigned.* Support users regarding the deployment process of new user computers.* Run necessary Scripts for registering devices with Intune and Microsoft Defender.* Arrange for delivery or shipment of deployment merchandise as required.*HELP DESK AND OTHER DUTIES** Ongoing support of end user ticket resolution, including tickets that may not be hardware related.* Providing technical support and problem resolution, through BMC Track-It! ticketing system, e-mail, chat, and phone to assist end-users with the resolution of technical issues.* Investigates end-user problems and identifies their source; determines viable solutions; tests and implements solutions.* Administers end-user workstations and supports end-user activities utilizing a mix of Microsoft Windows-based local area networks (LAN) and Azure Active Directory Domain Services Network including remote locations.* Installs, configures, and maintains end-user workstations (moving toward Autopiloting all computers), Azure Host Pools, Azure Cloud Servers, Windows networks, file servers, network cabling, phone system (migrating toward Teams as a phone system) and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures disk drives, printers, and related equipment.* Performs and/or assists with software and application installation and upgrades mostly using Remote Help.* Records required customer and problem information in the Track-It Ticket System. Updates tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities and closes tickets with detailed resolutions entered upon completion of the job.* Maintains confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the end-users on the network.* Support Cloud Network Administrator with Cloud App Deployment and Maintenance.* Occasional onsite visits to properly assess, decommission, and recycle end of life equipment.* Assist IT Department in discovery and documentation regarding any operating companies' IT resources and network.* Functions as part of a team, contributing to team discussions and process improvement initiatives.* Other duties as assigned.*QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION** Associate's degree in related field and 2-5 years of networking experience, or equivalent applicable work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.* 1-2 years' help desk experience.* Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.* Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks and related hardware and software.* Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.* Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.* Strong organizational skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to learn and support new systems and applications qualifications.*Requirements:** Must possess basic knowledge of electronic parts such as hard drive, memory, ac adapter, etc.* Working knowledge of Windows (additional knowledge of Android and iOS a plus).* Ability to learn new applications and programs.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Possess good organizational and decision-making skills.* Ability to handle numerous tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documentation.* Must be able to lift and/or move objects with a weight of 20 to 70 lbs.*Physical/work requirements*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
