Our smart stores operate autonomously, providing 24/7 access to essential goods with zero human intervention.We're looking for an *AI/ML Engineer* to join our growing team and help build intelligent systems that power VenHub's autonomous retail platforms.*Responsibilities** Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for applications.* Collaborate closely with robotics, backend, and data teams to integrate models into production environments.* Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support ML model training and inference.* Conduct model evaluation and tuning using real-time data from VenHub's smart stores.* Contribute to long-term AI/ML strategies across product, robotics, and infrastructure.* Develop and document experiments, results, and methodologies.* Stay current with latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research, and assess applicability to VenHub systems.*Qualifications** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.* 2-5 years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.* Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.* Experience with computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, segmentation/classification models).* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred), Docker, and deployment pipelines.* Experience working with robotics data, sensor fusion, or edge inference is a *huge plus*.*Why Join VenHub?** Work with a supportive, growth-focused engineering team* Learn modern mobile development best practices from experienced developers* Competitive salary and growth opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year*Schedule*:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* On call* Weekends as neededJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:* Las Vegas, NV 89199 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Las Vegas, NV 89199: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
