Master Plumber/Lead Tech/Service Manager

You will be responsible for running residential service calls and training apprentice plumbers with the future goal of being service manager for the plumbing division.Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems in new buildings- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all timesSkills:- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings- Ability to use power tools and other equipment required for plumbing work- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, etc.- Mechanical knowledge to understand the workings of various plumbing systems- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues- Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasksRequirements:- Proven experience as a Master Plumber or similar role- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objectsJoin our team of skilled professionals as a Plumber and enjoy competitive xijylhu pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
