Machinist with 5 Years ID/OD Threading Experience We are seeking an experienced MANUAL Machinist with a minimum of 5 years experience for flatbed lathe, mill & drill operation.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Must have heavy ID/OD threading and grooving experience.Our ideal candidate will have the ability to make own setups, fabricate parts from example, read and interpret drawings, knowledge of CNC machine operation and conversational programming is helpful (willing to train CNC operation to the right candidate).Must provide own basic hand tools and precision measuring tools.Our company offers a variety of benefits, including Matching 401K, health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.We also provide a comfortable working environment with an air-conditioned and heated shop.Responsibilities:- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to manufacture parts- Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machinery- Use precision measurement tools to ensure accuracy and quality of parts- Perform threading operations, including single-point threading and chasing threads- Program and operate CNC machines as needed (willing to train)- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery- Follow all safety procedures and regulations- Must provide own tools Qualifications:- 5 years of experience as a Manual Machinist with threading xijylhu experience- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Experience with single-point threading and chasing threads- Experience with fabricating parts from example- Experience programming and operating CNC machines- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
