Outbound CSR (2nd Shift)

Overview:You’ll speak directly with customers to schedule in-home product demonstrations and make sales. You’ll follow up on leads, use provided scripts, and build strong product knowledge to confidently communicate with customers and team members.Key Responsibilities:Schedule product demos and installations across the countryUse computer systems to track and manage customer infoAttend regular training sessions to build skillsHandle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointmentsFollow up with potential customers and manage the sales processOvercome objections and maintain a sales-focused mindsetSkills Needed:Customer service and supportAppointment scheduling and inside salesData entry and call handling (inbound/outbound)Cold calling and collections experienceRequirements:Must work in-office Monday–Friday (WFH only on weekends if scheduled)Training is fully in-office for the first 2 weeksAt least 1 year of experience in sales or collections preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentComfortable using Windows applications and ZoomStrong communication and negotiation skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and show empathy to customersJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
