Escrow Specialist

DescriptionProject support for loan delinquency backlog in the escrow department - Research and identify reason for delinquency (loans not set up in escrow)- Identify the solution and process the loan correctly in escrow for payment- Follow up with municipalities and attorneys regarding delinquency - Tax analysis - Process loan accurately and coordinate with borrowers and appropriate parties- Reporting on loan files meeting requirements - Process disbursements for property taxes, insurance premiums, and other escrow-related payments- Prepare and deliver escrow documents, including tax documentation and closing statementsAdditional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of mortgage escrow experienceMortgage servicing or banking experience Escrow and tax analysis Strong loan research experienceStrong communication skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lake Mary, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
