We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for managing service work orders, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to build a long-term career in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen, enter, and dispatch service work orders with accuracy and efficiencyConfirm receipt of work orders by subcontractors and verify scheduled dates/timesMaintain clear and complete notes of all customer and subcontractor correspondence in the systemHandle incoming phone calls with professionalism and urgencyClose service calls in the system once work is completedUpdate customer web-based portals with current informationMonitor and manage dashboards to ensure SLA complianceProvide support for purchasing activitiesAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processingPerform additional administrative and operational tasks as assignedRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong customer service orientation with experience in help desk or support rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsPositive attitude with respectful, open communicationAbility to see the “big picture” while managing details effectivelyTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExperience with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Earth, etc.)Skilled in PDF creation and editing tools (Bluebeam, Adobe)Familiarity with financial software and cloud-based tracking platformsGeneral troubleshooting and technical support capabilitiesQualificationsIntermediate-level experience in customer service, operations, or technical supportRecent experience in call center, project coordination, or service-related roles preferredPMP, Scrum, or related project management exposure is a plus✨ Why Join Us?
