Be part of a company with over 70 years of trusted leadership in the medical alert industry.?️ Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Engagement/Customer Service Excellence/Lead & Database ManagementRespond to inbound sales inquiries from interested prospectsContact warm, web-generated leads with high conversion potentialClose sales using proven relationship-building techniquesTake ownership of customer retention and prevent cancellationsHandle inquiries related to service, billing, and account managementProvide empathetic and solutions-oriented support across multiple phone linesEnsure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales processMaintain organized records of leads and existing customersImplement systematic follow-up processes for pending leadsAccurately place and process ordersTrack and report on sales metrics and performance indicators?
