You'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive rehab team and help patients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.We proudly encourage applications from Veterans, military spouses, and those who are passionate about delivering high-quality, mission-driven care.What You’ll DoEvaluate, treat, and manage speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disordersOversee CFYs, temporary licensees, students, and support staff per state licensure guidelinesCollaborate with physicians and the rehab team to develop and adjust treatment plansRefer patients to other healthcare providers as neededDocument patient care, treatment progress, and billing in a timely mannerAttend patient care meetings and contribute to staffing discussionsEnsure that all therapy services are delivered with professionalism and compassionWhat You’ll NeedActive SLP license in the state of MassachusettsCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility to participate as a Clinical FellowDriver’s license or reliable transportationPrior experience as an SLP preferredStrong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skillsApply NowMake a difference in the lives of patients while building your career in a supportive, collaborative setting.
