*Job Overview*We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.*Duties** Deliver patient care with a focus on comfort and well-being.* Conduct physical examinations and monitor vital signs.* Practice infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients.* Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, PCC* Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.* Administers medications and treatments* Participates in the care planning process* Supervises Nursing Assistants, oversees ADLs and documentation* Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.* Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.* Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.* Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.* Other duties as assigned.*Qualifications** Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina.* Strong skills in patient care, including catheterization and medication administration.* Knowledge of acute pain management techniques and infection control protocols.* Ability to perform physical examinations and manage airway issues effectively.* Excellent communication skills for effective health coaching and patient interaction.* Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality nursing care.* Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not required.Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients!Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Genetics & Genomics* Hospice & Palliative Medicine* Pain MedicinePhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing home* Rehabilitation centerSupplemental Pay:* Differential pay* Overtime payWork Location: In person
