A leading nonprofit services organization in Virginia is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in Suffolk.About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: OngoingSchedule: Monday to Friday (alternating weekends)Hours: 3pm to 11pm (30min unpaid lunch)The Licensed Practical Nurse will:Monitor consumer safetyImplement and maintain Individual Service PlansConduct ongoing physical and mental assessmentsMaintain accurate consumer recordsAssist with medication if neededPerform other duties as neededQualifications:1+ year of related work experience in a Mental Health program and/or Residential settingGraduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse ProgramCurrent VA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or current unrestricted LPN from a Nurse Licensure Compact StateProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSolid assessment, clinical, and documentation skillsPatient-oriented with great interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and highly organized
